State-certified Birth Certificate (no footprints)
Driver’s license/Photo ID for parent/legal guardian
Required Immunizations and Proof
Proof of residence (current gas, water, or electric bill in the parent/ legal guardian’s name)
Pre-K FAQ’s
Are buses available?
Yes! Our PK scholars have the same routes and stop times as our K-8th grade scholars. Even if you have one scholar at our Upper Academy, your PK & Upper Academy scholar will ride the same bus.
