State-certified Birth Certificate (no footprints)
Driver’s license/Photo ID for parent/legal guardian
Required Immunizations and Proof
Proof of residence (current gas, water, or electric bill in the parent/ legal guardian’s name)

What’s the best way to enroll?
We recommend using a desktop, laptop, or tablet. Using a mobile phone may cause errors in the enrollment process.
Do incomplete enrollment applications stay in the system?
Online enrollment applications that remain incomplete for 30 days will be deleted. Any students/families affected by this will have to restart the enrollment process.
